Which one of the BMW Art Cars until now attracts you the most?
Each art car is revolutionary. It is bonded with the thinking and media of that century.
What would you consider as being the biggest challenge to address in the BMW Art Cars 2016 project?
The history of Art Car is a challenge to myself: what would be the Art Car that represents the spirit of this century and how express that.
Do you see yourself driving such an amazing car on the race track?
I could have fainted.
How would you consider yourself rewarded by the outcomes of such a unique project? What is the best reward for you participating in such a project?
The Art Car project, together with its brand and media attention, gets me to a rather public role. Getting your voice out there – it could be an experience that artist rarely have. As the project develops, learning about BMW international corporation and one of its base in China make me able to touch the underlying “impulse” of the century. It’s idea and creation is a response to the society and this age.
How is it to bring fiction into reality, probably an undeniable important part in BMW Art Car 2016 project?
